Neural Pathway Restructuring™ what is it and how can it help?

What is Neural Pathway Restructuring™?

Neural Pathway Restructuring™ (NPR), created by Debra Fentress, is a new and exciting advanced form of therapy.
It eliminates problematic patterns of thinking and behaviour, commonly known as habits, and has been shown to have great results with a large range of issues.

We usually try to change our negative habits using will power. Many self-help books and some therapy services attempt to boost our resolve and strengthen our will. Unfortunately, the habit in question and the urges that come with it, are often too strong to fight against. If we fail to beat the habit using will power alone, we can feel worse than we did before. If we keep trying to use will power as the only tool to tackle our negative habits, often the cycle of wanting to change, fighting the issue, and not succeeding continues, gradually eroding self-esteem and motivation.

Neural Pathway Restructuring™  can help you to stop a negative habit far more easily than using will power alone, by addressing the trigger that started it in the first place.

What negative habits can NPR help with?

Neural Pathway Restructuring™ has been shown to create lasting change when dealing with unwanted behaviours and habits. It has been successfully used to treat:

  • Nail-biting

  • Binge-eating

  • Overreacting

  • Smoking

  • Drinking

  • Compulsive or obsessive behaviours

  • Drug use

  • Addictions

  • Discontinuing medications

  • Self-harm

  • Negative or looping thoughts

  • Anxiety

  • Self-sabotage

  • And much, much more...

After an initial consultation to discern your specific needs, our NPR therapist will put together a personalised programme for you. Sessions are generally structured to take place once a week and can last anywhere from 1—2 ½ hours.

NPR restructures the pathways in your brain to such an extent, that you can be free of your habit. If you are determined to move on from your habits, this programme can help you.
